Worst bedside manner we’ve EVER encounter. Reported his lack professionalism to Frye Hospital where the patient was being treated. Jarrett was clearly upset he had been called in to consult on a medical problem that didn’t need a consult from an ENT. Certainly not the patients fault but he let us know very abruptly that he did not need to be there. He should have directed his hostility toward the hospital doctor who requested the consult and NOT the family and patient! No excuse for his behavior.

Had a telehealth appointment. He didnt call. Called to make sure i hadnt confused the appointments. I had not. Called again the next morning. It was rescheduled. He is as of this writing over 30 mins late

This was my third visit with Dr. Jarrett. He had successfully treated my Meniere’s dizziness with 2 steroid injections 3 days apart into my left ear canal eight months prior. As soon as the awful vertigo started again, I was able to be seen that day. He reapplied steroid into my ear and by the next day I was fine. He is personable and professional in his care and patient-doctor relationship. I highly recommend Dr. Jarrett and his team.

Ahshaki is the Clinic Assistant who saw me to update my records and ensure they were correct. She also noticed and reconciled my record from 3 years prior with the current visit’s record. She also double-checked that the records were combined. I can’t speak highly enough of her intelligence, professionalism and kind manner throughout. Accolades to Ahshaki.
Lynne Myer, the Patient Advocate Coordinator, was extremely helpful in supporting me during my ear cleaning. Dr. Jarrett is excellent too.

I had been a patient of another Allergist at a different practice of over 5 years.
I was never sure after all those years of my problems and what to do for it. Dr Jarrett did not recommend the procedure that my allergist sent me for evaluation but instead did other testing for my allergies, recommended another path for me and explained my condition more complete than my allergist. I highly recommend; I have changed allergist. He stays focused on medical problem and not on the weather.

Dr. Jarrett is professional and matter of fact, which I like. He answered any questions that I had and ordered an MRI, to my surprise, after I answered a couple of his questions. He also explained his decision.. It turns out that I truly needed the MRI as a small spot was detected. I’m not so sure that just any Dr. would have paid enough attention to put 2 & 2 together so quickly and order the necessary tests in such a timely manner. I am confident in & highly recommend Dr. Jarrett & his staff.

Dr. Jarrett seems to be very knowledgeable about ear, nose and throat issues. He is very matter of fact and to the point in explaining medical conditions to his patients. He is willing to answer questions to help patients understand the treatment for their conditions. The staff at the checkin desk are very friendly as are the nurses. The nurses ask lots of questions to be sure your records are accurate and reflect your condition fully.

I was referred to Dr. Jarrett by ER Physician. Dr. Jarrett resolved this issue for me but after an examination of my throat recommended I have a Sleep Study completed. The Sleep Study confirmed Sleep Apnea which I would not have considered a possibility had not been for Dr. Jarrett’s experience and knowledge as this was not the purpose of my initial office visit. By getting proper sleep now with CPAP Machine, I am very grateful and appreciative to Dr. Jarrett for correct diagnosis. Thank You!!!
