Dr. Kasumi was very nice, comforting and knowledgeable. He is completely bilingual in Japanese and English, which really helped my mother as she has trouble communicating in English.  We had an appointment with him last month and the examination went very smoothly. The staff was also wonderful and helpful, and the wait time was minimal. We will continue seeing Dr. Kasumi to maintain our health. Thank you so much!

Dr. Kasumi is a caring doctor. I think he is very gifted in his bedside manner. He explained his impression of my symptoms to me clearly and the medications he prescribed worked. I was admitted to the hospital 2 months ago, and he was my attending doctor. He is one of the few physicians who sees patients inside the hospital and is also able to follow the patients outside of the hospital. I am now better, and I will definitely keep going to his clinic and taking his advice.

Dr Kasumi was just wonderful. He was warm, attentive and caring. Spent lots of time with me. I did not feel rushed. The other doctors on the case were also great. He was very knowledgeable. I felt that I was in the hands of a very capable and experienced doctor. I have bad diabetes and had Diabetic Ketoacidosis, a life-threatening condition when I came to the hospital, but he and his team made me better. I am forever indebted to Dr. Kasumi and others at Hackensack University Hospital.

Dr Kasumi treated my father in Hackensack hospital. He was not effective bordering on incompetent. His treatment was ineffective and my father is now in a much worse condition as compared to when he was admitted. Dr Kasumi seems to be only interested in discharging the patient regardless of the condition. It took a cardiologists and nephrologist to stop him from discharging my father with major renal and hear issues unresolved. The man is a menace - stay away from him.
