Dr Lindsay performed a total knee replacement on me in 2015. The surgery went well and I easily recovered. He has also done surgery me for carpal tunnel syndrome with equally excellent results. He has treated my shoulders, knees, feet and hips. There are always some patients who can't be satisfied but I was treated with excellent care. He has also treated my grandson, my son-in-law, my wife and a few of my friends.

I wouldn't even take a stray dog here. Waited over 2 hours to be seen the receptionist was rude, violated several confidentiality issues with various patients. I was treated like a lepper. I can't wait to file a complaint with the medical board. The parademics also stated that they had never seen anyone treated so badly.

Lindsay performed hand surgery recently on my dad at Baptist South Montgomery to address a severe infection. He then neglected my dad post-op for 4 days until we demanded a follow-up. Unfortunately, there was more infection and a different surgeon was forced to remove one of his tendons a week later. Lindsay's on contract with Baptist and feels at liberty to abuse his status by doing as little as possible to collect a check and flippantly move on to the next case. Avoid this "doctor" if you can.

If you use this doctor for anything I would watch your bill very closely. The billing department took a payment from me and never put it toward my account. They said "They never received the payment and I still owed it" I sent them proof and the full balance and still haven't received my check for his office. The other issue is you never can get a hold of the office or leave a voice mail for the office staff. The line goes straight to the ER and you can't leave office staff a message

My son crushed his knuckles in fall and was treated by a wonderful doctor and staff at Shelby Medical ER ,but then they referred us to Dr. Lindsay for a follow up the next day and he was hateful ! He hurt my son repeatedly. He wouldn't acknowledge me when I was speaking to him. He didn't do anything the ER said he needed to do,in fact he destroyed what they had done to help my son's hand .He's a horrible man.His exam rooms were nasty!!!!

On a Saturday I fell down stairs at our home and broke both large bones in my leg and bones in my ankle with a huge blister from the twist fracture. Dr. Lindsey was on call. From the time I got to the ER at Shelby Hospital through my first of four (4) surgeries, I was treated with excellent care. Dr. Lindsey is a man of few words but getting my leg back together and getting me healed was so apparent in his constant care. His staff was so helpful and kind as well. I am now fully recovered.

I saw him for foot pain as a referral from the ER at Shelby Hospital. He said nothing was wrong to sent me to a podiatrist, who with in 10 minutes of seeing my xrays informed I had a broken foot. I would not recommend him or see him again.
