Zero follow up
Telehealth
There’s been zero follow up on my brain MRI aside from receiving the info in the patient portal, which I have to manually check. To get someone to review MRI results, I have to schedule with another provider. They always ask, what does your neurologist have to say? To which I have to respond, who knows? I have yet to hear anything and he’s booked for months. When I finally do get an appointment, he cancels last minute and I’m back in the queue for another few months.

not very knowledgeable about migraine
He really doesn't seem to know much about migraine--or if he does, he doesn't share it, and gives strange explanations and doesn't explain his recommendations without being asked repeatedly. He overtalks, interrupts and put me on the defensive. I don't recommend him as a migraine specialist despite the reputation of this clinic. He might be great at post concussion syndrome though.

He was unhelpful and dismissive... I'd have been better off burning my copay in the parking lot for all the good it did me.

Dr. Mullally was rushed, condescending and didn't listen to me or take the time to follow up. I had a serious concussion from police brutality and he seemed annoyed that i didn't have a sports injury; when i asked him to treat me like i had been injured playing sports with cops, he said it wasn't his department, even though the biology of my injury is the same. I asked for a referral to someone who would treat non-sports brain injuries and he laughed and was patronizing and implied that my post-concussion memory problems and migraines were "all in my head"/due to me having a history of childhood trauma. He was patronizing and dismissed my concerns in a way that I'm not sure he would have been to a man. I understand he likes sports and working with athletes, but my head injury is the same and needed treatment. I did not feel cared for or like he was invested in my health/recovery.

Heard he was a good doctor. I would not recommend him. Trying to get answer for a complex case no one seems to be able to figure out. Drove a long way for a doctor who really didn’t listen, who didn’t care, and his only response to me was “There is nothing we can do now” with a big smile on his face. And my insurance is going to be billed a pretty penny for this of which I am going to have to pay a pretty penny. I am floored that my visit was a joke to him when I have legitimate concerns.

Dr. Mullally was on time, didn't make us feel rushed, answered all of our questions, and didn't make us feel like "Why are you here"? I made an appointment for my son after he sustained 3 concussions in 3 years. He plays soccer. I wanted him to see a specialist. I wanted to be informed and educated. Dr. Mullally gave him a thorough exam, spoke with us at length and eased our concerns. I had several questions before seeing the doctor. His assistant was personable and helpful.
