Loved Amanda but the Front Office Staff ARE AWFUL
Loved Amanda, but the front desk staff needs to hit the 'reset button' with their less than stellar attitudes. The older, long haired lady is absolutely heartless, despicable, rude, and the most NON-sympathetic person I've ever come across. She has zero regard for HIPPA, as she likes to discuss your medical and personal information, while standing at the desk, in a crowded waiting room. BEWARE... like the other posts state, 'if you try and complain you'll be dismissed as a patient!' After reading MANY negative posts that state, 'Dr. and NP's are great, but the office staff are the reason I've gone elsewhere,' I find it beyond sad that this behavior has been allowed to continue and is obviously condoned.

Not Patient Friendly
It takes a month to be seen by any provider. When you make an appointment for a specific issue they will not talk to you about other items like ongoing prescriptions (so they can make more $$ on a second appointment. They also have no respect for the Patients time by making you do additional appointments (above) and waiting up to 30 minutes after your appointment time. This is not a one time issue my family moved to this practice 2 years ago and this has been ongoing and getting worse.

Musgrave is great. His staff, on the other hand, are extremely unprofessional and condescending. They make up their own rules. They will turn you away as a walk-in unless they feel your condition is serious enough to be seen. They don't care if you are sick. They told me well, you better go to the emergency care if you really need help or set an appointment. They have no precaution for covid patients and will allow them to sit in the office surrounded by other patients and infect them. They will also intercept any messages you try to send musgrave so he never receives them. This has happened many times. when asking musgrave, he says he never received them, but his staff has clearly responded, and my emails were addressed to musgrave only.

Front office staff
Sadly, I will be switching providers after years of being a patient. I used to adore Musgrave Family Medicine and everyone that worked there. They always made me feel like a person and not just a number. Now, I'm lucky if they know my name. The office staff are extremely unprofessional and condescending. Trying to schedule an appointment is a nightmare. Obtaining test results or any kind of follow up is like pulling teeth. I don't understand why they have a patient portal. Isn't having a patient portal to enhance communication and encourage better physician-patient relationships? When I call the office, it's rare that I receive any helpful assistance (or friendly assistance for that matter). Many times, I'm placed on hold or told that they need to relay the message and call me back...and I don't hear back and usually need to follow up with a message in the portal. I've read numerous reviews that mention the office staff. I'm very surprised it hasn't improved.

Front desk people
Dr. Musgrave is awesome and I have enjoyed being a patient for two years. The ladies at the front desk are a problem though. No need for total details, just sad to see folks act a certain way. Not an inviting and welcoming group to say the least. Will rethink being a patient moving forward due to their behavior towards my daughter. Highly recommend Musgrave, if you can get to him that is.

Dr. Musgrave is awesome. He is thorough, super friendly, easy to work with, and will literally go above and beyond for you. He never rushes you. He covers all your concerns and makes sure everything you need is handled. He’s fast on getting things done and genuinely cares about his patients. He will always ask about things going on and follow up. His nurse is amazing. So sweet and down to earth. She is just as thorough. His new practice is beautiful and wait times are quick. He is highly sought after so sometimes he can be booked out. But he makes sure to get you in as quick as he can.

Dr. Musgrave has something of a unique balance between his being very personable and knowlegeable. Wait times for appointments have seemed to be relatively short and Dr. Musgrave takes the necessary time to listen to the needs of the patient.

Dr. Musgrave is the best doctor I have ever come across. He’s very caring, knowledgeable, compassionate, listens, and goes above and beyond to help his patients. My health has improved so much in the past few years since going to him. What sets him apart from other doctors is the interest he takes in you, as his patient, and how much he wants to see you to healthy. He really loves his patients and helping them succeed. I would highly recommend him.

Great Dr - explains what medicines he prescribes and the effects. I have had Dr Musgraves as my PCP for 4/5 years and have been extremely pleased with his bedside manners. Unlike many Drs he doesn’t try to rush you out and will give you his full attention when you have questions or concerns.

Dr. Musgrave is simply awesome. Great bedside manner, and shows a sincere interest in you and your health issues. He's been my PCP for about 4 years now and he has been exceptional and attentive every step of the way. I never have trouble getting an appointment and have rarely had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes in the waiting room. Plus, both his lobby staff and nursing staff have always been kind and polite to me. I can't imagine ever having to change to a different PCP.

I started off having a great experience with him and referred several coworkers and friends. I am regretting that now after my last visit (third or fourth total) where he obviously didn't listen to me or my concerns which resulted in my medication getting screwed up. Finally, he wrote the wrong date on a prescription so while it is raining and cold, I wasted a trip to the pharmacy. Now I have to waste more time to go to the doctor's office to get a new prescription and despite the fact I now am
