Dr. Pennington did a revision surgery on my shoulder after a failed rotator cuff surgery failed and then a total reverse shoulder replacement surgery with a different doctor in another state! He figured out that the ball and socket that was put in previously was too small for my arm so it was slipping out of place and getting stuck causing a great amount of pain!

He is very personable.
