Super responsive and actually listens
Dr. Postal is the first ENT I’ve seen who really paid attention to my chronic sinus issues. He even gave me the opportunity to come in right away when I next suspected a sinus infection to confirm and prescribe antibiotics. The office staff and nurses I’ve spoken to over the phone have all been incredibly kind and patient.

Didn’t treat my mom like a person Just a case or a task Once someone sees her wheelchair they treat that person differently. I expect that in public but not in a Dr office

I didn't feel very welcomed.
I was not happy with the visit. Doctor wasn't friendly and I felt like he was annoyed I was in his office. I was told to bring my updated hearing test. Now I have to have another hearing test. $60 co pay for nothing. Now I have to go back to pay an another $60 for a test that was just completed in March. Hopefully I don't have to come back to pick out hearing aids that will be another $60.

Terrible.
He rushes the appointment. Doesn’t explain the medications . He is rough. If you want to see him sooner he won’t allow it. The front office;ppl who answer the call; are EXTREMELY RUDE; they have a bad tone, attitude and they don’t care to hang up in your face . He gave me meds just “to see if it works…” just a huge NO NO NO. Do not come here.
