Dr. Ragalie is a Milwaukee native who completed his medical school and general surgery residency in Wisconsin. He moved to California to complete training in cardiothoracic surgery at UCLA. He has now returned to the North Shore where he lives with his wife, two children and their dog.Cardiothoracic Surgery
