Office staff did not know services offered. Website lists other doctor in the practice who has at least performed service I needed, but office staff scheduled me with Dr. Rogers instead of doctor I needed to see. Dr. Rogers explained to me why he does not practice any HRT type of medicine. He further explained that while another doctor in his practice practices HRT, he does not know when the doctor is even going to be there and I should consult a completely different practice, anyway.
