Superb Sustained Care
My wife and I have been treated by Dr. Sawchuk for well over 20 years. My wife was having some serious skin issues, which other doctors had not diagnosed. Dr. Sawchuk did a biopsy and determined that my wife had Sarcoidosis. As result, we went to National Jewish Medical Center in Denver every three months for several years while Dr. Sawchuk continued to treat her. At National Jewish, we found out that her lungs were also affected by the Sarcoid. Eventually, she was in remission and is now treated by Dr. Sawchuk and at Johns Hopkins. Dr. Sawchuk also treats me regularly with full body exams every six months and for other issues as they arise. My wife and I have complete trust in him and he has taken excellent care of both of us.

First I came in with Cigna insurance which their website says they accept only to find out they do not. I decided to stay and pay the $120. Then I waited naked in the waiting room for my skin check for over 45 minutes when I decided to leave. Oh and while I was waiting I noticed that some of the solutions on the table were expired.

I was a long time patient of Dr. Sawchuk's and thought he was great until I tried to make my annual appointment last year. His incredibly rude office person told me that Dr Sawchuk no longer took my insurance which turned out to be a lie. I don't respect a doctor who employs deceitful staff members.

I've been seeing Dr Sawchuck for several years. Prior to the last year he was great- good bedside manner, understanding, really smart, and so on. He used to really care about his patients. Over the last year he's become paranoid that patients are lying to him, forgetful of prior information, lost test results, and generally horrible to patients. I do not recommend him anymore.
