Careless medical attention
After 5 yrs of care, Dr Sokol failed to resolve a recent 3 1/2 month flare-up. There is no longer continuity of care because other doctors are substituted in at the last minute; medication was given in error due to carelessness in medical reporting; and the file is too disorganized for back reference.

I had visited Dr. Sokol in Irvine one time and he was very nice and helpful. However, on our visit today at Newport Beach office to get an allergy skin test, something unbelievable happened. A nurse already told us to change and that we were ready to leave. She had closed the curtain to let my 15 year old daughter change back into her clothes. My teenage daughter was undressed and still not changed, and unbelievably another nurse came in and opened the curtains suddenly with the door still open, and never closed it, potentially having other passerby see her. Why do you need the curtain in the room if you don’t respect other people’s privacy? How rude and disrespectful is that? I then went back and went to talk to that nurse. She felt that she wasn’t being disrespectful and then waited to say sorry after I asked for her name.

I was very sick in 2018 with ongoing treatment from his stall I have been able to stay off of long term prednisone treatment

Dr. Sokol has treated my family and me for 15 years. He has managed my asthma, and gotten me through three high risk pregnancies. Because he knows my history, he sees me right away when I am ill. I am ever grateful to Dr. Sokol, and his partner, Dr. Amin!

Great Doctor and staff . Dr Sokol quickly diagnosed the cause of my coughing and wheezing . I'm now off most of the medications I was taking and under great control . After six months of allergy shots my overall symptoms are so much better. I should have done this years ago but kept putting it off Dr. Sokol is very kind, thoughtful and really listens to me. I thank him for giving back my health . He has changed my life
