Dr Stiles is OUTSTANDING!!! Best Urologist there is. In two visits, he diagnosed my problem and arranged outpatient surgery to fix!. He did the Surgery and it went superbly and desired results were immediate. Dr Stiles even followed up twice by phone. He is the best. Provides down to earth explanations, doesn't waste time, gets things done right the 1st time. We need more doctors like him in all specialties.

This was a follow up visit with Dr. Stiles, and as usual he was very friendly, personable and very interested in MY Health and well being. He asked questions about my most recent problems, which he had fixed, and genuinely cared that they were fixed. He has always shown personal interest in me and shown me respect as a person first. At 70+ years old, I've had plenty of experience with health care givers and Dr. Stiles rates at the very top of the list of those. I can honestly say that I wish I didn't have issues that brought us together, but I will be forever grateful, that I was referred to Dr. Stiles for my problems.

It was my first visit. I was told that I would have to give a urine specimen when I checked in no one told me what to do. I had to wait until I got up and asked. When I saw Dr. Stiles he wanted me to have a procedure and see him in 2 weeks. I went to checked out the receiptions said she was going to set up the appointment for the procedure. However when it came to the follow up I she could not get me an appointment to November 6th. That is not 2 weeks. Also I had a 1:30 and did not see the doctor unto 2:20. I know Dr, Stiles is busy, however my time is as important as his is. I know he might have had an emergency it would have been nice if the receptionist would have informed me that he was running late. I am writing so that Dr. Stiles can know what is going on in his office. I understand he is busy.

I cannot day enough good things about Dr. Styles. My husband became ill while we were on vacation and had to go to the emergency room. The emergency room doctor referred us to Dr. Stiles who worked us in that day despite a very busy schedule of appointments he already had. Dr. Stiles and his staff were so accommodating and caring and we could not have been more pleased. Two days later Dr. Stiles called me personally to follow up and check on my husband. I have never experienced such a personal and caring doctor and we are sorry that we live too far away to continue seeing him. I recommend Dr. Stiles very highly and appreciate all he did to help us during a very stressful situation.

Dr. Stiles is always very responsive to my questions and listens to what I am saying. He is very clear with regards to my concerns. I appreciate the way he interacts with me.

Dr Stiles along with his staff are exceptional. Actually he was late seeing several of his clients, due to hold up at the hospital. Staff told me that he was late and would keep me informed every 15 min or so, to determine if I want to reschedule or wait. I thought that was customer oriented, so I decided to wait. Within 15 minutes he arrived. His staff realize that my time is just as important as his. Many physicians can and should learn from this approach.

Definitely a pleasant visit. Dr. Stiles listen to my concerns and provide outstanding patient care. Highly recommend!

Dr. Stiles is a very knowledgeable urologist who after 4 years and 3 Doctors was able to help me with my BPH issue. The man is easy to talk to about rather difficult topics. I would reccomend him and his staff to anybody in need of a good, knowledgeable and caring Doctor.

Wonderful doctor and wonderful staff. I used to work for a surgeon and know how patients need to be treated. Many offices do not treat patients well. Dr. Stiles and his staff are sensitive, caring, patient, and helpful.

I'm so glad I sought a second opinion after a diagnosis with a kidney stone and told to tough it out until it passed and to come back in three weeks. Dr. Stiles scheduled me the following Monday to have it lasered and removed. Procedure was a breeze. Two days with slight discomfort from the stent and then immediate and complete recovery! Dr. Stiles presents all the possible treatments with pros and cons in understandable language in a caring manner. He even draws out a diagram of the urinary anatomy for clarity. His kindness and respect for me was only surpassed by his knowledge, skills and professionalism. I have every confidence in Dr. Stiles and will schedule removal of two other stones before they cause any pain ASAP. The only reason every item was not 5 stars is their temporary office for transitioning to a new one is old and in need of minor maintenance.

So happy to have found Dr. Stiles and staff. I travel over an hour to see him and it is definitely worth it! More time in the car for me but less time waiting in the office. I Like the fact that there are only 2 physicians at this office so it is a personal and relaxing environment. I have chronic bladder issues and Dr. Stiles has helped me more than any urologist in over thirty years of struggling!

Great personality. Willing to sit down and spend time with you and explain everything. Even drawing pictures if needed. Very knowledgeable. His staff is very courteous and helpful.
