Dr. William Tucker, MD

Dr. Tucker has helped my dry eyes tremendously and he is always kind, happy, and makes you feel like you matter. He is helpful and compassionate and makes you feel like you are important. We need more physicians like him. Nursing staff is amazing as well. Highly recommended!!

My wife and I arrived 10 minutes early and the door was locked and the sign said to phone them which I did it took about 5 minutes for someone to open the door. I heavyset women greeted us very impolitely by saying we were to early. She then pointed to a stand with a computer screen and directed us to answer all the questions and gave me a 2nd pad to do the same. When I went for my eye test the person asked me to read the letters on the screen and she got upset when I told her that only one was showing on the right side. She told me to go back to the waiting room. While there an elderly lady came in and was rudely greeted by the same women and told to do the same on the screen She said that she did not read English well and did not know how to use the screen. 3 staff people treated her very rudely. When I tried to explain to them that she did not understand what they were telling her or how to do it office manager Ashley ordered me to leave the office and go into the hall. Bad Bad Bad

Rude and disrespectfull staff.

On March 7, '19 I had literally an "on the road" eye emergency. I could not drive. The Rx needed was out of stock all the way to the mfg. The pharmacist contacted Dr. Tucker's office, and he responded magnificently! He was able to contact my Pt D-Rx carrier, and argued successfully for the substitute drug. Within 25 minutes or so, I was SAFELY back on the road. Without Dr. Tucker's timely and effective intervention, this trip would have ended very differently and badly for me. Gerry K.

I called Dr. Tucker's Office yesterday about 10 minutes before the office was closing. I was having a issue with my eye that worsened throughout the day. I am not followed by an eye doctor so I looked online to find one in the area. When I called his office the receptionist gratuitously asked me to hold on and asked Dr. Tucker if he would stay late. He agreed! I popped over and he quickly resolved my issue. What a wonderful experience! I am so grateful to Dr. Tucker!
