I’m so thankful I left. Specifically asked for a spinal for husband due to early dementia and negative effects from general. Anthesiologist agreed. No reason given for giving him a general. Horrible results. I found a great doc for my hip. Hip hip who howe

He cares
Awesome. He took a lot of time and explained all the risks of my knee replacement. The duke doctor & all other doctors never took the time to educate me. Knowledge is power. I felt I was Dr. Wards only patient that day. I trust him completely. He cares.

18 years ago Dr. Ward gave me my life back...God bless this man. He's using his God given gift to help so many people and he treats each one as though they're the most important patient he has. If only we had all doctors as dedicated to helping humanity as he is!!! He's performed more than one surgery on my husband as well as myself. Thank you Dr. Ward... You're #1 with the Corbett family. I proudly wear the title you gave me...and I quote..."you're my 2003 Christmas present". Nancy Corbett

He is a quack who let my hip become severely infected after surgery. I kept going weekly for the checks, telling his receptionist AND the PA that he needed to look at it because I knew something was wrong. On 4th week it was so bad they rushed me to Forsyth and did emergency surgery and again 3 days later to remove my hip. I had to be kept under poor dr care for over 5 weeks and didn't get another hip for a year. I still can't walk because of him. This happened in 2015. BEWARE OF HIM!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ward’s for over one year. He has consistently provided me with great patient care, customer service and makes me feel valued as a patient. He is extremely thorough with his exams and will order the proper tests in order to validate his medical opinions. I feel 100% confident in his experience and knowledge regarding my orthopedic care. He takes his time and never makes patients feel rushed during a visit. He will answer all your questions in a concise manner and make it easy to understand. I highly recommend Dr. Ward if you need a great orthopedic specialist. He is always kind, warm and comforting. I feel blessed to have Dr. Ward as my medical provider! I came to Dr. Ward after my orthopedic specialist at Orthocarolina left the network. I have been extremely satisfied and pleased with the care I’ve received by Dr. Ward and would highly recommended him and his friendly staff (Ted).

My knee hurt, it had hurt for 10 months while I was being treated by a different doctor. One visit to Dr. Ward he determined (by looking at my X-rays) I needed surgery. During the surgery he determined I did not need a full replacement but a partial knee operation would work. It did. I recovered faster from a partial replacement. I need my rt knee replaced. He will do that one also.

This man should be called something besides DOCTOR! Emperor perhaps. I saw 12 doctors at Baptist. No one had the brains to know how to fix my leg....Azar is included in that group! I found Dr. Ward on the Internet...isn't that pathetic? He took 1 xray and scheduled me for surgery. Love you Nancy, PA. You are almost as good! Had to put you last...you know doctors and their egos. Love you all!!! Jackie Dancy

Waited more than an hour and a half to be seen for a 2 minute appointment to be released from care after 6 weeks post surgery. Did not provide any guidance with physical therapy. Also, called the office and left messages multiple times with no return phone call.
