Customer service is not at all thought of by the staff here, in person and by phone. Multiple tries to reach someone by phone, and only get someone to answer after trying multiple options instead of the one listed. Nancy and Wilmer are doing their best, and its very appreciated however the office staff must know that not every patient has knowledge on how things are in healthcare. Explain, but don't be rude about it.
