His office staff is the worst I've ever encountered. They are rude, unhelpful and have made multiple errors with my billing and insurance. When I proved to his office manager that they were in error, she took the opportunity to lecture me for not providing this information to them earlier. Truly an absolute nightmare. P.S. -- Dr. Smith himself is not bad, and his nurse is really quite lovely, friendly and helpful.
