Amazing!
Dr Ou is the best Dr I have ever had! I make my whole family go to her. She is thorough and caring, she listens and never makes you feel that you can’t talk to her about any issues. She explains things and makes sure you understand. She always follows up on things. She is simply the best!!!

Very happy with the care provided by Dr Ou
I have been seeing Dr Ou for over 20 years as a patient. She is kind, explains issues well, and did not rush me out of the appointment and respected my health care choices.

Would NOT recommend!
I had her years ago and she was more interested in patients able to keep her status up. I struggled with two issues at the time that were difficult to control and she pushed to let me go. At least she was honest enough to tell me the reason why during the new HMO rules. However, it was incredibly degrading. Since then, and other another doctor's care, not only is everything under control, but one of the issues has been eradicated. When a doctor puts more weight on the bonuses they received I find that disgusting. Maybe she is a different person now, with different values, but I dought it. Would NOT recommend.
