Dr. Winona Tse, MD

05/17/2023 Appointment at Jackson Heights Mount Sinai Clinic Rushed, unprofessional and unorganized unaceptable medical attitude. Did not address my concerns properly upon questioning an explanation on the result reports written in a technical language of imaging test that she prescribed so I could understand how to properly take care of my neruological related issues. Did not feel like I was at a docotor's appointment but rather at a fast food place being rushed to place an order. SHE SHOULD NOT GET PAID FOR THE TERRIBLE WORK THAT SHE DOES! SHAME ON YOU, THE CLINIC AND SUPPORTING STAFF.

Dr. Tse gave me a very through physical exam and asked many questions to evaluate my concerns. She seemed to genuinely care about my condition. She even accommodated me and saw in the middle of her lunch when I made a mistake with my appointment time. She also gave me an excellent referral. I would not hesitate to see her again when necessary.

no!!!! she is a competent doctor, but at visits, she is always distracted and never really focuses on my partner. Once, when I called for her help, she never responded. She is always way too busy and does not seem to have any concern at all for her patient Her new aide is equally cold. There does not seem to be any real human concern

Dr. Tse spent at least an hour with my husband, who has been experiencing balance problems, tremors in his hands, and loss of feeling in his hands and lower legs. Her examination was comprehensive, and she was assisted in it by another neurologist on her staff. She was cheerful, friendly, and has been in frequent contact with my husband since his first examination. She also successfully ran interference with our insurance company, which declined her request for a PET scan 4 times, and finally authorized the test.

terrible She misdiagnosed me . John Hopkins and 1 renowned doctor agreed Sh e is arrogant. She appears to discount any opinion but her own. She made a lot of trouble for me with the Motor Vehicle Bureau. She should audition as a soldier charging up Pork Chop Hill

I have no doubt that Dr Tse herself is lovely and competent, however she is in a hospital practice and the staff is appalling. It must have taken me 6 calls (with long waits on each) to get an appointment for over 2 months later. Not that surprising since apparently she is only at Mt. Sinai on 98th St on Tuesdays. In the interim one of the messages I left for her office got delivered to the wrong doctor whose office called me back before Dr Tse's did. You don't get through to her office when you call. You get a Mt Sinai operator who says she will relay the message. Ha! The office doesn't call back hence my 6 phone calls. Obviously they don't care the way the staff of a doctor with his own practice does. The whole situation is totally unacceptable. I finally found a good doctor with a private practice who is able to see me within 10 days.

I've been seeing Dr. Tse now for 1 year and she is excellent. Smart, attentive, kind, caring and very good at what she does. I would highly recommend her to others and will continue to see her for my care and treatment.

I've been a patient for years now - she asks questions, she listens, she is up on what's new and what works, she isn't stuck to any one direction and adjusts treatments individually. She's friendly, she's helpful and she makes me look forward to going to the doctor. Her staff make every effort to schedule when necessary and are always friendly and welcoming.

Dr Tse is thoughtful and patient. She has a sense of humor which is important for me in my physicians.
