I was referred to Dr Duralde for a "floating" shoulder badly broken in a car accident. Dr Duralde completely explained the surgical procedure beforehand and answered all of my questions. He was able to repair the damage which the best orthopedic surgeon in my hometown said was beyond his skill. Dr Duralde was able to put a steel plate in my scapula without cutting any muscle tissue, so my recovery was very fast. He is professional, compassionate and a very good surgeon. I'd recommend him for anyone who has shoulder problems. Thanks, Dr Duralde!

Dr. Duralde is an excellent surgeon who has performed 3 rotator cuff surgical procedures on both my shoulders since 2006, due to a fall and an freak accident on my job! This last one required a 2nd repair, but I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to fix it but him. He thoroughly explains all aspects related to the treatment, and answers any questions you may have in layman's terms! His entire team is friendly, yet professional, and will go out of their way to help in any way they can. And most of all, they all work to make sure everything goes very smoothly; from completing paperwork for the insurance companies and/or your employer, to the x-rays and testing, up to the actual surgery and rehabilitation process. I sincerely wish all medical professionals were as effective and efficient as Dr. Duralde at Peachtree Orthopedic Clinic!

Dr Duralde took his time with me and explained very clearly the condition of my shoulder. He helped me realize that I have stopped doing certain thing because of my shoulder pain and my reduced range of motion. This should help me decide in the future when surgery is needed. He also gave me exercises to do to help with my range of motion. Everyone at Peachtree was very helpful and friendly . They even validated my parking because I had a long wait time due to computer problems.

I followed up with Dr. Duralde, an orthopedic surgeon recommended to me by knowledgeable friends in the Sun City Peachtree community in Griffin, Georgia. In April the doctor first took a conservative approach with physical therapy and home shoulder exercises for my rotator cuff. I appreciate his methodical approach and explanations about my age and normal wear and tear. He listened patiently as I described how my injury occurred and then he measured my range of motion. In August, Dr. Duralde took new measurements, then compared them to previous tallies. Dr. Duralde selected the next step for a longer term prognosis. We have scheduled an MRI to determine if surgery is needed urgently to prevent a more difficult problem or if we can put off or even rule out surgery and keep an active lifestyle going forward I’m confident that Dr. Duralde puts his patients first, and, therefore, he has my heartiest recommendation!

The staff at all Peachtree Ortho are phenomenal. Dr Duralde was patient, thorough, and interactive. He gave us such peace of mind and went over and beyond to schedule surgery the next week to keep our son from missing a week of school. We feel blessed to be able to get in to see him so quick for our second opinion and even more that he will be our surgeon!

The staff is very nice, the doctor is fantastic, took his time to make sure I understood the diagnostic and the shot of cortisone was surprisingly painless! Blessed hands!

Excellent visit concerning surgery on my elbow, very informative about the procedure and I didn’t feel like he was rushing in and out of my visit to get to his next appointment.He even took the time to explain exercises to do for my right shoulder to strengthen it and help increase the range of motion,even though it was my left elbow to receive the surgery. I felt very comfortable with Dr Duralde and everyone I came in contact with at my visit.Glad I waited for an appointment here as opposed to an earlier appointment at a different practice.Highly Recommend

Dr. Duralde is outstanding for his skill as a surgeon. And he was excellent at explaining my particular issue and the procedure involved.
