No doubt excellent - - Read This
I don’t often write reviews but am compelled to do so in this case. I recently had first major surgery and hopefully my last. Dr. Dong and his PA staff and administrative assistants were excellent from my emergency room visit to post-op treatments. Dr. Dong is incredibly smart and unrelentingly devoted to patient care. He was consistently communicative, explanatory and promptly responded to my concerns from pre to post-op displaying a genuine and sincere concern for my care and assume same for all his other patients. Besides Dr. Dong’s PA’s that cared for me when I was bedridden (apologies for not remembering your names as I was on heavy pain meds) I want to thank PA Shelby for her post-op care under Dr. Dong. She was incredibly knowledgeable and hade similar exemplary personal traits as Dr. Dong. Lastly, I also want to extend my thanks and gratitude to all of the nurses that cared for me 24-7 I was amazed of your level of skill, care and devotion. And we had some good laughs…
