Professional and Responsive
The question - "How likely to recommend . . . ?" definitely and I did several times already. I like her care. She cheers for me and corrects me. I reported a problem, and she diagnosed it accurately but I was impatient with the treatment. I requested a referral to ORTHO and they diagnosed the same thing. I wasted money because I was not patient. ORTHO gave me an additional/different treatment that my friend at work told me try prior to the referral. Thank GOD for MyChart. I communicate with her about every test result or health situation. She's professional, responsive, and ACCESSIBLE. I look forward to my visit. I'm competing against myself for improved test results.

She is very good at being on time so patients don't wait. However, when I have a medical problem she never knows the answer and makes no effort to treat the problem which makes me feel she doesn't have good diagnostic skills.
