I am very pleased with my experiences with Dr. Zhao. As a nurse who works with doctors, I can be a critical evaluator of their performance. While I may experience emotional distress when it comes to my own and family’s health, Dr. Zhao stands out as an exceptional medical professional. She is far superior to many doctors I have worked with or had personal encounters with. It is reassuring to be treated with professionalism and care. Every interaction I have had with Dr. Zhao has made me feel valued and supported. I am truly grateful for her attentiveness and willingness to answer my questions.I extend my sincere appreciation to Dr. Zhao and her staff.

The care of a patient can include communicating with family or loved ones joining them for appointments. Dr. Zhao understands this as does her amazing staff and not once did we feel rushed or we were putting them out like we have elsewhere because we simply asked a question. Speaking of staff, they are the most welcoming group of people we have met at a medical office since we have moved here, going above and beyond with a smile! Dr. Zhao takes the time to care and treat her patients with compassion, knowledge, thoroughness, and professionalism. My husband and I liked her and the office staff so much that when our daughter needed a provider we recommended Dr. Zhao- she loves her!

My mother's (M. Anders) primary care physician for over 25 years retired. At 94 years old she was dreading having to adjust to a new doctor.
