He did my emergency back surgery 7 years ago and I have had NO problems or pain. Dr. Parrish, Holman, and Zhang were the best.

This doctor is a CHARLATAN and will destroy you if you let him touch you. He performs unnecessary procedure prior to surgery that ruined my 24 year old son, even before the surgery. He is disgusting as a man because he is a liar. The Methodist hospital is not a good address either for having such scum as a doctor.

Dr Zhang oversaw my husbands care after suffering subarachnoid hemorrhage. I brought my husband for 2nd opinion after another hospital debated doing angiogram to stop his blood vessels from clamping down. Dr Zhang had to go in several times to treat 4 different blood vessels in his brain to stop the spasms, which ultimately saved his life. This man is a brilliant Neurosurgeon.

Dr. Zhang is a most excellent Dr. Very professional, kind and to the point. I saw Him in his office in April of 2015 and in June he mapped out two aneurysms and then on December 29th. 2015 He coiled & stinted the larger aneurysm. I walked out of the hospital after 30 hours from time of admission to discharge. I have not had a bad headache or sinus infection since December of 2015 & I Praise God for that !

Child's mother dropped to the floor of a ruptured aneurysm on her brain stem at 26. Can't tell it ever happened. I have severe cervical stenosis and wouldn't choose anyone else. He is a man of his word and a fine doctor.

My name is Loretta and I met Dr. Zhang after I had a stroke August 31, 2014 and he was my Physician. I look in the mirror after awakening from the sleep state and I was very impressed with his work and his truthfulness about my health and the reason that I should continue on the path which he prescribed in order for me to live a healthy quality of life. I would be very happy to recommend him ( Dr. Johnathan Zhang ), I would gladly stop by and let you see what a great job he did. Thank you,

Schedule appointment for post op surgery. Day of appointment informed he was in OR. Why will they schedule if they know he won't be available. Very frustrated that it's difficult to schedule appt. and once given appt. Doctor doesn't show up. NP was available but it's the doctor's responsibility to check patients.

Dr. Zhang explained the medical situation with us patiently when we first met with him. Unfortunately, he did not bother to respond to answer patients' urgent questions for the next day's surgery/procedure! I left the 1st voicemail before 9 am and followed up with several calls yet without any response. Eventually I cancelled the next day's procedure. Based on my experience and comments from other, I surely will NOT recommend this doctor any one.

Run, do not walk away from this Doctor. Incompetent and arrogant is only the beginning. He landed my husband in ICU for 12 days from an unnecessary surgery that he still has not recovered from. The patient in the room next to my husband died.

My condition came about due to a jumbled up mess of nerves in my neck due to some past injuries that had me in a condition of almost completely paralyzed from the neck down. Dr. Zhang did a fantastic job of explaining everything from the get-go and even qa better job of correcting my condition. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone needing nerve damage correction. on top of the above, he and his staff are very friendly and likable. God bless them all !!

Dr. Zhang has done both of my surgeries. He initially did my VP shunt surgery & then did my endoscopic septum fenestration surgery. Both myself & my family love Dr. Zhang. He is very straightforward & to the point. My most recent hospitalization, I had a resident who was coming by my room to check on me. Once I was able to speak with Dr. Zhang himself, things were clarified, I was more at ease, comfortable, & I felt more informed.
