Dr. Yan Li, MD

Terrible customer service. I have called them multiple times. One particular girl was so lazy. I recognized her by her voice. If I meet the other ladies, they are so nice and do their job. However, that particular girl always asks if I want Vietnamese and kicks me out while I  talking to her in English. I asked for a referral or a result, and she said yes yes. Then NEVER EVER DO ANYTHING. Today she asked me why I have a question now and didn't ask it when I saw the doctor. Hey girl? If I asked the doctor then, why do we need to pay a phone person to ask such meaningless questions. She kept me waiting for 30 minutes and then hung up. A lazy, conniving, manipulative person doesn’t deserve to be kept.

Dr. Li has been my doctor for the past 20 years and his staff are always nice and office are well organized. I have recommended his office to all my friends.

Dr. Yan Li is a GREAST doctor. The team is excellent. The office is beautiful.

I went to see Dr. Li for physical, and talked about something else like arm pain. Dr. Li gave me a pain injection immediately, and after a couple of days, my arm is cured. My mom also had a back pain injection 6 months ago, and was completely cured. My whole family were so happy that we find a good Doctor then ever. Referred our friends to Omni.

He is good. Miss Lynn is my doctor. He pops in on me sometimes. They are a great team

I took my mother to see Dr. Li to simply get her annual check-up and lab test done. The results came back with some red flags on her biometrics, but no one from Dr. Li's office called to offer to go over my mother's lab results with her... we had to follow up several times to just get the report back so we can examine ourselves. Additionally, when asked for a call back regarding some of the results, they never called us back. The worst of all is that the staff at Dr. Li's office didn't even know the difference between LDL, HDL and Triglycerides! Very alarming, we'll likely switch primary care doctor asap and for what is worth it was our first time going there and would recommend others to do the same as health is not something to be taken lightly, especially for the elderly.

Mr. Yan Li can not show where he received his MD. He may not be a MD at all. Mr. Yan Li hired quite a few PAs. You have to spend time with a PA before you see him . Mr. Yan Li is not a good medical professional. He made at least three mistakes in a 4 minute visit. Don't see him if you have real medical issues.

Dr. Li has been my doctor for over 17 years. He listens, cares and my elderly mother loved him! He made her feel very special. If I am sick I can go immediately in. Wait time is quick and he takes the time to listen to me and is very patient with me since I can be a pain sometimes!! I love this doctor!

We both love Dr. Yan Li. She has been seeing him for over 20 years and I have been seeing him for 7 years. He takes the time to sit down and talk with you. He will explain things and make sure that you understand them. We both recommend Dr. Yan Li to our friends. Go see him, you will like him too.

Dr. Li has been my family's primary physician for about 20 years. He has always provided accurate diagnoses and cures. He also quickly update his knowledge with modern medicine.

Very Unprofessional & Amateur Attitude, Refused to Refill my Prescriptions, After An Arguement and Loud Commotion from me they ended up Refilling all my Prescriptions. I would not Recommend Anyone to see this Doctor even for Free. Told me Find another Doctor. Unnecessary Tests to make extra money from insurance company.

I have been with him off and on for two years. He is patient every time to make sure all my questions get answered. I trust him giving me medical advice. Only thing is that sometimes he is pushy to get things done. The nurses there have a difficult time to always smile at me. The front desk Chinese lady is friendly, there's a couple of times I need to use their bathroom while waiting. Average waiting time is 30 plus minutes. Overall I am satisfied.
