Dr. Cheng was the best neurologist I had ever had the privilege of seeing & having as my doctor to take care of me.I have Multiple Sclerosis, & Tremor, & I have seen 7 different neurologists over the course of 24 years, & without a doubt, Dr. Cheng was a God-send for me. Dr. Cheng not only was proficient in her field, but genuinely cared for me as her patient, & showed compassion for me as a human being. My medical group provided a portal to send messages to my individual doctors. Every message sent to my different doctors was ignored or irrelevant. However, Dr. Cheng answers her messages promptly. She is thorough, answering every question & concern I had. She never hesitated to go above & beyond the call of duty for her patients. Any patient should consider themselves blessed to have Dr. Cheng as their doctor. She puts her patients first, which is a rarity in these days. I trust her with my life. My wife is the patient and on each visit I have observed the visit with this specialist. She is clear, thorough and very attentive. She always has taken the time to answer my wife's questions as the visit is regarding very painful migraines. This doctors is wise and very knowledgeable. My wife and I have learned much and my wife is feeling much better.

She takes the time to listen to you. She went over my medical history with all of my health problems , not just my migraines. Something my last neurologist didn't do. She was able to find what was causing the migraines and I feel so much better.

When my neurologist left Riverside Medical Clinic, I was assigned to Dr. Cheng, then new to the clinic. I was immediately impressed with her collection of information in depth, asking pertinent questions and following up to clear any vague answers. She is always cheerful, friendly, caring, takes adequate time with each patient, and doesn't let a patient out the door until she is satisfied that she has addressed all of their concerns. I have seen many RMC doctors and, in my opinion, she is one of the two best physicians on the staff. I would unhesitatingly recommend her to anyone needing a neurological specialist.
