Dr. is okay but the office staff if THE WORST! Had a back and forth for over 6 months with the office and my insurance because the office continued to bill my annual incorrectly. Then was told to get the HPV vaccine and once again had to go back and forth for over a year with the office on how I can receive it with no help from them. They don’t give you a call back, they never have any information, and in the end was like idk what I can do for you your best bet is to go to planned parenthood. What type of answer is that? Had to call my insurance to get the information and then yell back and forth with the office staff so the pre-auth, which they never said I needed, gets filled out in time. Appointment is Wednesday let’s see how that goes

Excellent doctor, knowledgeable and patient i recommended her to all my family and friends.

The person who took my vitals told me my weight (three times in a row) after I asked them not to share and they said they would not. I recently recovered from eating disorders and hearing my weight greatly upset me. And the same person judged me for bringing up tubal ligation because I am young. But dr H listened and told me alternatives I could do (non permanent) for now and revisit the situation at a later time. I would give dr H 5 stars because she handled my question about tubal ligation professionally and my annual went well but the person taking my vitals brought it down.

If I could give Dr. Hernandez 10 stars I would. I felt safe from the beginning. She was first my GYN then became my OBGYN when I got pregnant with my son. I was pregnant during the pandemic but she made sure I was well taken care of. Shes encouraging, gentle yet firm, informative, patient, and polite. Did an amazing job delivering my son and an even better job with stitching. I would recommend her to any woman including my spouse who will be carrying our second child soon. Thank you so much Dr.

30 minutes into the scheduled time and still waiting, even though I can 15 minutes earlier then my scheduled time.

I had been visiting my previous obgyn clinic for nearly 15 years. I found out I was pregnant and wanted to see if I could get squeezed in last minute. Unfortunately the office didn’t share in my excitement and told me there wasn’t anything available for days. I did a quick search for a new and found an opening with Dr Hernandez. The office staff congratulated me and found an opening for me that day. Dr Hernandez was so kind and made me feel at ease with my Advanced maternal age. Thank you!
