I recently visited Visionary Eye for my routine check-up, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and service provided. From the moment I entered, the reception staff were welcoming and efficient, ensuring I didn't have to wait long before being seen by the doctor. The clinic itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. The waiting area was comfortable, with ample seating and a calming atmosphere. I appreciated the attention to detail in terms of hygiene, especially given the ongoing concerns about cleanliness in medical facilities.Dr. Yara, my ophthalmologist, was not only knowledgeable but also approachable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions patiently.

Honoring appointment times is a two way street but not with this doctor… the patient is expected to honor the appointment time and should not to be expected to wait an hour or even more to finally be seen. This was the case with every single appointment before and after the surgery. The surgery itself did not achieve an optimal outcome and because of this, I have now seen another physician to correct her work. My recommendation is to seek medical care elsewhere… your time and more importantly your eyes are very valuable.

I scheduled appointment showed up 30 minutes later they finally came and got me put me in a room for two hours, and completely forgot about me and I walked out and they all looked at me like they were completely shocked that I got left in a room then I had to leave because I had been there over two hours And they had the audacity to send me a bill for their incompetent capabilities as professional eye doctors office. Good luck getting any money or any future vista out of me Dr. Catoira-Boyle. Pay more attention to your job.

I've been a patient for many years and find Dr. Catoira-Boyle to be efficient, knowledgeable, gentle, and proficient. I know that my eyes are in good hands and that she will answer my questions and give advice.
