Traumatic Visit Dismissive/Disrespectful Behavior
Today I had the worst experience in my life at Elizabethtown Pediatrics. My children have been going there for years. I never thought that I would be so disrespected by Dr. Saifullah. When he entered the exam room, we were not greeted kindly by him. He also did not know anything about my daughter’s previous visits in which they prescribe medication, and he tried to tell me they didn’t. He basically told me that I was in an incompetent parent when it came to my child’s healthcare and that by bringing er there to have her current health issues checked out, I was making him liable. He even had to leave the examination room to go check to see if his staff had prescribed medication to my daughter in the past. He tried to argue with me, and say that his staff never prescribed medication to my child only to come back in the room to confirm that they had. I chose to end the visit because it was hostile. He also verbally attacked me in front of his staff while I was standing at the front desk.

Very patient and always takes time to make family understand their child's illness. We live in between his two offices which really comes in very handy. Staff is very understanding too.
