Her office staff is attentive and personable. My appointments are on time without significant wait time.

There was an issue with the office being able to contact me but that was due to a setting I have on my phone which ‘drops’ calls from businesses not saved in my contacts. Dr Gowani is great and has a great bedside manner which is why I will continue to see her.

Dr. Gowani listens to the patients concerns and recommends the necessary solution. Only reason for 4 stars Is that she has no afternoon appointments which makes it hard to get in with my schedule.

Dr. Gowani and her staff are always professional and friendly. Everyone seems to listen and really care about your health.

Dr Gowani is amazing!! Speaking from my experience, I have been in her care for new diagnosis I had. She knew what I had e even before I had all my work-up and test done. When I got my results it was exactly what she told. She sat with me and explain all my meds, my treatment plan,side effects of my medication and my long term goals. Dr Gowani takes pride in taking care of her Pt. When she gets the results she is expecting to get from her Pt. She has the biggest smile.... Great Job Dr Gowani!

She is really rushed, don't think outside the textbook information, appeared to have no empathy and you can't get results for months. Go elsewhere.

Spent a week in the hospital and saw Dr. Gowani for less than 5 minutes a day. Was kept completely in the dark the whole time with no consulting and advice from her on my condition. Felt as if I was being kept admitted to charge my insurance even after being healthy enough to leave. Never mail or contacted me my bill and submitted it to collections. Talked to my primary care physician who explained that she gets lots of complains about her. Would highly advise finding a different Dr.

Staff is friendly. Patient procedures not entirely explained. Asked for medical records to be sent for an emergency appt. and they never sent them. Two months later they still did not send and lost my release form that I had personally went to the office and filled out since we wanted records there as soon as possible. Now three months, and they have still not sent records. Not professional or respectful of your time
