Love the doctor but it’s been over a month & staff will not return my call! We live an hour away so at this point I feel like I just need to find a new ENT for my son.

Tonsillectomy
I have needed my tonsils out badly for the past 5 years but had been too scared of the pain to do so. Dr. Jalal and her team have been so kind and patient with me, and she truly is the first ENT I have had over the years that put the patient first. Recovery has not been wonderful, as I anticipated as my tonsils were in bad shape, but Dr. Jalal and her team have been there to support me the entire time post-op. I never got that feeling of “I’ve finished your surgery, now I’m done with you” from Dr. Jalal and I am most grateful for that! I am not a person to right a review but finding a patient centric doctor who really cares is hard to find these days. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence about a tonsillectomy.

She is great. Her office is terrible. They charged me out of pocket for the visit and then filed a claim with my insurance for the full amount. Will not respond to emails or refund the double billing.

When we were doctor’s office, they gave us a price and what they quoted when we left from the office is completely different. The nurses were very rude and unfriendly. Total disappointment! Do Not Waste Your Time !

Didn't even get to meet her. All the good stuff about her can only be experienced and confirmed if her staff actually works. Called them thrice to make an appointment and they were the rudest people i have ever talked to. On the fourth call, they just plugged off their phone line. Well, if you cant handle business, shut it down or get the staff that can support it. Thank you but i'll find someone who hires people having basic courtesy and manners

She is the epitome of perfection. Amazingly caring and beautiful. She performed nasal surgery on my son and my husband. They both were suffering from perennial allergies and had trouble breathing. Their quality of life has improved greatly after the procedure. She has given me back my sleep by stopping my husband's snoring. She listens to you and then gives you a solution in the most reassuring manner. People like her are hard to find. Her staff is also awesome.

I had a septoplasty surgery done on the summer of 2018 and I regret it really much now. She honestly didn’t do anything. I still cannot breath through one of my nostril. She said she was going to open my nostril but 5 months later its EXACTLY the way it was before. I still can’t breath through my nose fully. I feel like it actually got worse.Really do not recommend her for a septoplasty. It is important to research your surgeon before you have surgery. I figured that out now. Please pick wisely

The best medical interaction in my life. Dr. Jalal and the staff are superior in every way. The medical care and office support staff is the best I have encountered in my lifetime. I have a medical background and work in the most advanced medical region of the United States. THAT... is a seal of approval.

I have never had such a wonderful experience with not only the doctors, but the entire staff. I got sinuplasty and take weekly allergy shots there, and I am always so warmly welcomed. In addition, they understand insurance costs, and really worked with me to make costs affordable and still get the services I need. Best doctors office experience by far.

Dr. Jalal was able to diagnose my lifetime problem in a few minutes. I had been to several ENTs with severe sinus problems. I was told several times that I had infections etc. I had been miserable for many years yet today I can breath, smell and enjoy a day outside. Thanks to Dr. Jalal. She found that I had a really bad and nasty Turbinate. She removed the bad tissue and WOW! what a difference. She sent the tissue for a biopsy. Yes, it was a benign and soon would have been cancer. She saved me.

She is an excellent ENT Doctor. She treated me very well and was very sweet. My ear was blocked with wax and I could barely hear anything but after coming out of the office I was perfectly alright with her treatment and now I could hear 100%. Thanks to her. I will definitely recommend her.

I brought my son here after having several complicated visits to other doctors. The wait time was long (very long), but we left feeling great. Dr. Jalal was phenomenal with my 9 year old son. She was thorough, patient and took the time to engage with both of us. Dr. Jalal carefullly listened to our concerns, explained how she would assess and then made sure that we understood every bit of her diagnosis and treatment plan. The nursing staff was also top notch. I’m so glad that we found her!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Jalal. I had to have my tonsils out and I had heard horror stories about how painful it can be as an adult. I even called her on the day before surgery, which was a holiday, because I was having 2nd thoughts and she explained things and eased my mind. Dr. Jalal did an amazing job. I had surgery on Tues and was back to work on Fri. She is the best.

I took my 2 year old grandson to see Dr. Jalal for a second opinion about having tubes put in his ears and having his adenoids taken out. prior to seeing her he already had surgery scheduled with another doctor but at the advice of his pediatrician we came to see Dr.Jalal. She was so amazing with him, she was very patient and knowledgeable and walked us through every step and why there was a need to do what she suggested. I felt so much more comfortable with her, she is not doing his surgery!
