Dr. Yehuda Herschman, MD

After a dr I trusted retired, I interviewed 7 he recommended. I didn’t trust any of them. My pain management dr highly recommended dr Herschman. I met him. Several friends who had back surgery ended up in Worse condition so I’ve been skeptical. It all changed when I met Dr Herschman. I spent time discussing my case with dr Herschman and set a surgery date in six days. I’ve had none of the pain I had previously nor any pain from the surgery itself. No pain meds and I’m 7 weeks out and I’m amazed at how wonderful and great I feel. I haven’t felt this good since the car accident four years ago. Dr. Herschman is great and his office and staff could not be more available or supportive.

Doctor was very personable, caring and listened intently, then reviewed my X-Ray with me as well as advising of the proposed treatment. His office staff and medical staff are some of the nicest people (caring) not to mention very skilled in taking information, setting up Xrays and coordinating surgery. Staff was always available to assist me and if needed called me back.

Went to see Dr Herschman for a 2nd opinion regarding cervical surgery to replace discs from C3-C6 and he won my trust immediately. Surgery was extremely successful and Dr Herschman’s skills, bedside manner, knowledge and follow up care are top notch! In addition to the impeccable treatment provided by Dr Herschman, his Physican’s Assistant, Rebecca is outstanding! She is also highly skilled and provided incredible care with follow up visits during my hospital stay and was present with him during each follow up office visit, post surgery. The entire process, from start to finish, is like a well-oiled machine and his staff, including Jessica and Lisa are always a phone call or email away; with outstanding response time. I was blessed to find and trust Dr Herschman! Highly recommend !

I went to see Dr. Herschman for severe back pain. I couldn't walk much without pain down my leg. Dr. Herschman was very kind and patient. He let me make my own decision as to when I was ready for surgery. Dr. Herschman used a fairly new procedure XLIF procedure. I am only two months post surgery, and I feel so much better.

Dr. Herschman performed a ACDF of my cervical spine. I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Palm Beach Neurosurgery staff and Dr. Herschman. Every aspect was thoroughly explained from Pre-Op to Post-Op by the Dr. and the staff. all my questions were answered and needless to say I no longer have any pain or numbness.

Extremely competent Read my MRI perfectly and knew exactly the procedure that was needed to heal my back. I can walk again for the first time in a year after a very successful surgery.He met with me and was very clear on what I need to do in the future

My entire experience with Dr. Herschman and his staff has been exceptional. Prior to surgery on my cervical spine, Dr. Herschman was patient and precise in explaining to me what he would do in the surgery and what I could expect with recovery. The surgery itself went extremely well and I was up and walking within hours. Just had my first post surgery appointment and he and I were both very pleased. The staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Herschman to anyone facing spinal surgery.

The times of my appointment were kept promptly. The staff was excellent friendly and professional. The doctor took as much time with me and my Son as needed and answered every one of our questions. He is caring and authentic. It is easy to have a conversation with him. He makes sure that all questions are answered before and after my surgery. I’m fortunate to have found this neurologist. What stands out is the excellent care he gave me to evacuate a subdural hematoma on an emergency basis.

On Friday, I had a non invasive back surgery. From the moment I came in to the moment I left had a wonderful experience. First, Dr. Herschman examined me a few weeks ago and said there is a minimal invasive operations where 3 screw are placed on my lower right side. I went to the Surgical building and was treated beautifully. Wonderful staff. Took the best care of me. Went home after surgery. I had very little pain and was able to sleep in my bed. Woke up this morning and the incision was drawing. Not a lot of pain. Took meds that were! subscribed. God bless Dr. Herschman, his staff and the staff of the Surgical Center. Follow up visit in 2 weeks.

WHOOP….WHOOP!Dr. Yehuda Herschman has done it again. I was suffering from back and leg pain for over 2 years. I was unable to perform everyday duties due to the pain in my legs. The pain was so grave, I didn’t know what to do. I begin to feel like I had no use in this world until I was referred to Dr. Herschman. He listened to me and answered my questions. He explained my condition in layman’s terms. Upon our initial visit, I left his office with the feeling of hope. I had a fainting episode that seemed like a seizure. While in the hospital getting tests done, an MRI showed a tumor on my pituitary gland and needed to be removed. Dr. Herschman and his team took immediate action. He explained the surgery process very detailed to me and my family in a way that was easy to understand and he answered all our questions. Surgery went well and Dr. Herschman was there throughout my recovery keeping me updated, making sure I was doing well, always with a smile and great sense of humor. Dr. Herschman performed a complicated spinal surgery with great results. The whole process from office visits, to day of surgery and follow up went extremely well. Hello, I'm a 33-year-old with a slipped L4 L5 disc in my lower back.Dr. Hersman changed my life, prior to the surgery I was having pain walking and losing control of my bladder, he performed surgery on me and I'm doing AMAZING.I'm very thankful for Dr. Hersman and his team; I highly recommend them.

I am so grateful that my PCP referred me to Dr Herschman! In 2015, I had PLIF for L4/L5 by a surgeon where I lived in Virginia. Fast forward to 2023, I was again suffering from sciatica pain, beyond the point of epidural injections giving me any relief. After a thorough diagnosis, Dr Herschman suggested PLIF of L3/L4 to alleviate the pain from the pinched nerves. I was so grateful that he & his staff advocated for me thru difficult issues with insurance. My surgery went extremely well and Dr H also cleaned out a significant amount of scar tissue from my 2015 surgery. I am 7 weeks post-op and I haven't felt this good in many years! The front staff were kind when I walked in without an appointment and an MRI. Dr. Hershman returned just to see me later that day and operated on me the following day. Every person played an important part and knew his or her role, so the process was seamless. Dr. Herschman listened to my history with SI joint pain. I told him about the years I've been suffering with it and the many Dr.'s who have treated me and tried to help me ( with minor success). He told me he could fix my problem with surgery and explained the procedure without pressuring me to have it done. He told me he would like to do a few tests to get a bit more information and we would meet again to discuss the findings and my decision on surgery. At the next meeting we reviewed test results and I told him I'd like to have the surgery. Long story short, my SI pain and its debilitating effects are gone. I can do things I haven’t done in years!!
