Dr. Jia is one of the finest doctors and human beings I've had the honor to meet. He's the perfect convergence of cerebral prowess, a doctor with an agile mind capable of mammoth divergent thinking and copious amounts of curiosity that is the catalyst for him always learning more and he also possesses a deep and profound gift of empathy. That fusion makes for the most ideal doctor. My case is inherently complex because I have an anomalously rare illness coupled with anomalous Long Covid ramifications, yet Dr. Jia utilized his magnificent brilliance to try to help me quickly get better so I can get back to my joyful life with once-in-a-lifetime events coming up that I don't want to miss, like taking my youngest child to college in late August (my 17 year old son got a wonderful scholarship to Berklee College of Music in Boston and I couldn't be more thrilled for him!).
