Wish I could leave 0 stars. Went in for difficulty swallowing, weight loss, and acid reflux. Was told by Yolanda “I can’t force you to eat and if you were really hurting you’d have more pain” new doctor found a hiatal hernia. DO NOT SEE Yolanda. She has terrible bedside manner! Have never felt more alone with a serious issue in my life. She made me feel like I made the whole thing up. Surgery scheduled in a month with new doctor thankfully ?? I would like to add the receptionists and nurses were lovely. Yolanda rushed me out of the office, talked down to her interns and nurses, made her interns overly question themselves. Not a good learning environment or patient environment. I also received a phone call the day of my follow up appointment to inform me not only that the appointment was canceled but the doctor was in a new office.

My usual doctor was unavailable and I needed a prescription so Dr. Yolonda Alonzo was available. My appt was at 11:15 am and I didn't hear from her till 2 pm. She stated I would need to go into the office to pickup the prescription. I asked if I was able to bring my daughter in because of COVID she's with me. She stated she could wait in the car and I stated she's only 11 so I'd prefer not to leave her in the car and Dr. Alonzo audibly scoffed/laughed at me for that over the phone. Then it took over 30 minutes just to get the written prescription she knew I was going to pickup, while I was stressing out and making sure to keep an eye on my daughter outside with a bunch of men who were working on the clinic walking all around the car (which was left running for her). By the time I left it was traffic hour because she was so late calling me for my appointment in the first place. I remember why I switched from her initially and will never deal with her again.

Dr. Alonzo is the worst doctor I have ever met. She has been my wife's family doctor for the last couple of years. She is not a people person, never introduces herself when we see her. Never explains the labs. I'm in the process of reporting her to the board. She made my wife cry after making us wait 1 hour to be seen and took a total of 4 hours on our last visit to tell her she has a uti. Be careful everybody.

I had an appointment at 2 p.m. and didn’t get seen till after 3:30 p.m. The P.A. didn't return to the room to let me know I was next or how long it would be. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Initially excited about having her as my primary care physician, but disappointed in her unprofessional demeanor after a few times of visiting her office, extremely rude and offensive. She needs to learn to be compassionate and respectful...shame on you, you're suppose to be a highly regarded professional! Your staff is nice to me, though. I'm not going to pay someone to treat me with disrespect.

Terrible experiences: gave her two chances. Speaks over you the entire time you try to tell her what you need and didn't even shake my hand and say hello when I saw her the second time, just burst in berating me for not getting labs done even though she'd never asked me to. Waiting time is ridiculous. I have a daily medication I've been taking for 8 years: she never put a refill on my prescriptions and this last time flat out denied to refill when Walgreens called. Awful time with this doctor.

Would not rate ANY stars, if an option. My experience-first & last. I requested referral to a specialist due to back pain, she replied, No, I will not do that. We discussed current meds, (one for thyroid). She ordered labs, (haven't had any in past 3 years). I called to ensure thyroid function tests be done & was assured they would. Of 41 tests not 1 regarding thyroid. Told to come in 2 weeks later for another office visit & more labs. Shoulda been done the 1st time. Just more $ for visit/labs
