I saw Dr. Chen for approx. 4 yrs for severe depression that I've struggled with for over 25 yrs. I've been prescribed so many different meds, but none of them helped for any length of time, until I became a patient of Dr. Chen. He is the first of 8 psychiatrists to find a med. protocol that has truly helped me. Dr. Chen & I talked about current events at my appts. so he could gauge my mood & adjust my meds accordingly. -(Smart Man!) He is kind, funny, and an excellent doctor. I miss Dr. Chen.

Dr. Chen is cold and impersonal. He didn't take my conditions or health seriously. Took calls during my appointments to discuss committing people. I wouldn't recommend him to family, friends or my worst enemy.

Called me an addict to me face, turned his back to me and told me that I would have to come in weekly to refill my medication. The manager of the clinic seems to think that this is an acceptable practice.
