Dr. Yoon Cho, DO

Dr. Cho has been my doctor since December 2021. Seeing Dr. Cho is like visiting a very close, personal friend. She takes an active interest in my health and never finds fault but gives me advice that I can actually use to improve my health. She has helped me lose 50 pounds and reduce my A1c.

A word of caution: The doctor wore her mask on her chin when she came back into the room after I shared my anxiety about the general laxity of mask wearing in her office. I was shocked then but now I feel angry about it. It is not established that any individual vaccinated person cannot transmit the virus.

She never does a thorough examination. The front desk staff is often rude. They don’t even answer the phone properly. I have to ask if it is Dr. Cho’s office when I call because sometimes the just make an incomprehensible noise when they answer. My insurance information did not go through and I had to call them several times to resubmit it, it took almost a year because the front desk refused to submit it to the insurance company. The office is usually dirty.

Dr Cho is an excellent compassionate caring clinician. I am lucky to have her as my physician.

Dr.Cho didn't tell me about my lab results for more then two weeks knowing about my bad simpthoms and that I was bitten by a tick. I suspect that I have lyme and went to be tested at her office on the 31 of July. I told her that I was bitten by a tick about months ago. Report from the lab was ready on the 4th of August. Dr.Cho told me that I have lyme on the 17th of August during my visit . Her office contacted me on the 11th of August , telling me that she wants to see me but telling me nothing about my lab results .Dr.Cho didn't think that it was urgent to call me as soon as she knew I have lyme desease . I lost 2 weeks of treatment..I feel terrible and my simpthoms are worse. Dr.Cho insisted that she needs to see me for the appointment instead of calling me about my results and prescribinge antibiotics the same day she knew I had lyme. I complained to her office about that but got no explanation. Terrible , irresponsible doctor who does not care about her patients.

Her staff lost my paperwork that I filled out three days prior to my appointment. The nurse who did my bloodwork left a splatter of my blood on the floor, all down my arm, and on my pants. My arm looked like it had been sliced by the needle, not injected. Dr. Cho, herself, was very unprofessional and questioned my personal life/career choices. She did not seem interested in what I was telling her.

Dr. Cho is an excellent and caring physician. The staff is very friendly as well. I highly recommend this practice.

I requested a checkup with Dr. Cho and thought this was what we had scheduled. I showed up and she indicated this was a "meet and greet," and she insisted that I come back (in 6 weeks!) for the actual checkup that I had tried to schedule right away. She took no interest in me at all and did not even listen to my heart or lungs with a stethoscope (even though I am just recovering from a severe attack of bronchitis). Avoid this doctor like the plague!

I have been with Dr Cho for many years. She was first to identify lymphnodes that later turned out to be cancer. Had she not identified these tiny bumps on my face the out come could have been worse. I sought treatment early from an oncologist and now in remission for 11 months.

I don't usually leave any feedback unless I had really really bad experience. Please don't waste your time going to this doctor. She will talk to you without looking at your eye. She just looks her laptop all the time. When you ask her a question, she will probably first laugh then answer your question which makes your feeling really AWKWARD. Please look for another doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Cho since she first started her practice. She is by far the most down to earth doctor who doesn't treat you as next!! She listens to my concerns and prescribes medicines accordingly. She's been the only doctor who has found a medication that actually works on my migraines too. To add to all of that, she is able to perform manipulations and can realign me without me having to go to a chiropractor. By far the best doc around.
