I told the staff that I was severely hearing impaired but this message did not reach the individual who came looking for me... who called my name but did not receive a response from me (obviously), resulting in a significantly delayed start time for the appointment. This, in turn, limited my time with the doctor.

I love that Dr. Choi spends as much time necessary to be sure of what my issues are doing. She spends a lot of time comparing past tests to current ones and really puts a lot of thought into my next course of care. She is very thorough. She makes sure I understand everything, and does it all with a smile & sweet spirit. She is the 4th neurologist I've seen with UCI (others moved). and by far my favorite!

The staff at Dr. Choi has been very patient, very serviceable. Explanations have been very in detail, giving me a lot of confidence when I have two brain tumors and a surgery, which scares me very much. But that team has definitely brought down my anxiety because of the care and their heartwarming feelings towards my care. So I appreciate Dr. Choi's neurology oncology team from the front desk all the way to the MRI technician. Thank you.

I appreciate how much Dr. Choi goes into details about my brain health. The doctor I had previously felt like he was "phoning it in" and barely had time to answer my questions, but with Dr. Choi I feel like she goes above and beyond to satisfy everything I might want to know.
