Excellent GP
Prior to Dr. Kwak, my primary GP was Dr. Broismann. Thankfully, Dr. Kwak embodies the same characteristics I enjoyed with my prior Dr. Broismann. Dr. Kwak is kind, understanding, patient and always willing to answer my questions in a way I can understand as a non-medical person. I never feel rushed or made to feel like I am a bother, unlike my first post-Dr. Broisman GP who will remain nameless. Yes, I agree with other comments that the first appointment can take some time. But, when you are a good as Dr. Kwak, then you will come to the same conclusion as everyone else; he is well worth the wait! Starling Physicians is so lucky to have Dr. Kwak.

Unable to be Reached. Good Provider.
Office staff are disrespectful, and unwilling to assist. He is a great doctor but getting an appointment means waiting about 13 months for a single time slot on a single day. Was not available to see me after a hospitalization. While he is good when you get to see him, he is unreachable more times than not. Office staff compound this by being rude and inconsiderate.

First visit
Dr Kwak was warm, friendly and thorough. He was very clear with his questions and instructions. He made me feel comfortable and well taken care of, which was particularly important since my PCP OF 35 years has recently retired. Recommend him without hesitation.

Dr. Kwak is the best! My husband needed a cancer removed from the top of his ear and a skin graft. Can barely tell he had anything done fom the back and not at all from the front. Great work and Dr Kwak and all the staff were personable and professional! Highly recommend this office.

My first visit with Dr Kwak exceeded my expectations. He was very thorough, never assuming and quite interested in your understanding of all of your options concerning any treatments. We are so happy to find and have Dr Kwak as our Dermatologist... FINALLY! By the way, the staff was organized and extremely helpful, always with smiles. Thanks everyone!
