Rethink about this clinic. They do not listen and they do like to hear themselves talk. They are not accountable. They are here to make money and not help or ease patients concerns. Ive called and the receptionist will talk over you and put you on hold. Knowing they provide terrible service, they dont even tell you who youre speaking with. Ive called them 5 times after my imaging results were taken to ask more info and what next steps should be. The receptionist, especially, is rude. They tried to explain the results of my results. Why are they looking at my medical file when ive specifically request to discuss that with only my dr? Why is the receptionist discussing my results?? If they had this knowledge, she should be the dr, not the receptionist. Ive requested to speak to my dr numerous times and ive been waiting literally all day, resulting in being a huge waste of my time. They also do not follow through on the referrals they were supposed to arrange.

Lack of care. Too many patients, not enough care provided. Too many not necessary tests. Very rude staff. Dr. doesn't know much about the patients, doesn't care much about the patients. not that knowledgeable or up to date. Very poor patient care.
