Extremely poor communication and lack of concern for the patient. 1) The Mesquite center continued to call me repeatedly, on different days, to schedule a sleep study that had already scheduled days before. 2) After the study I had to wait a whole week to receive the results. The physician never called me at my set tele visit time which was at the end of the day. When I called the office to ask where the provider was the voicemail recording was already transferred to the answering service. The next day I called to inquire about what happened and request a call back with my results. I was told that the provider called me and I didn’t answer which was not true and that I would have to wait four more days for a tele visit appointment. I set that appointment and awaited a call which I specifically asked to be made on my landline. As you may have guessed, there was no call. I called the office to request a call and was told that the provider called me on my cell. There was no

This Dr. is not at the clinic in Plano.
I asked for an appointment with the Dr. (because my primary referred me here). Never saw the Dr. On third visit (after specifying when I requested the appointment that I wanted to see the Dr.) but there was not Dr. and the office staff informed me they do not have a Dr. there.

Unbelievable not worth one star
My husband had two nodules on his right lung and it was biopsied. At the time we chose Dr Kayyas we did not know that he only ran his offices with PAs. Normally that would be fine but this was a serious condition that could have been cancer. The biopsy was taken and it took forever to get the results. We requested to see Dr. Kayyas and were told that he only sees patients in the hospital or the Covid unit. We saw the PA for the results of the pathology report. She did not even know how to read the report and all she could do was highlight the words non-malignant. We were originally told that it could be cancer or an infection of some sort. We asked what the next step was to figure out what the nodules were. She said that she would have the doctor read the report and get back to us. We never heard a word. I called to follow up and never received a call back. They dropped us like a hot potato. And today we received a bill for over $43,000 and we have insurance coverage. Not worthy

It's unbelievable how disrespectful and careless they are! I used to call several times within a day to confirm correct information of the medications and the address of the pharmacy where they suppose send the medication. I kept telling them that my daughter is asthmatic and allergic and I have special concerns in these current circumstances where Covid-19 is all around, but they don't listen. Is that because we have Obama care insurance? but your treating kids! Is that because we are living in Texas? I experienced completely different way of treating kids when I was living in Washington. The receptionist sent priority message to the clinic and I was promised twice that someone will call me to discuss the medication, and no one called me either. I'm writing this message to let the office know that my daughter has no enough medication today and I have visited Parkland and Baylor several times before for her chest problem and I don't know if that enough to figure out my problem.
