Dr Hazimah and his staff are all caring and provide exceptional service. They do not rush patients in and out. The process is easy and I love the way the staff are always willing to make things easy on the patients. I highly recommend Dr. Hazimah.

Always seems rushed when I visit. He definitely wants his patients in and out quickly. Dr. Hazimah always asks the next question on his survey before I can answer the first one. Most times I have to call multiple times for him to straighten out my prescriptions because he enters them incorrectly for the pharmacy or doesn’t do it at all even when he says is. I’ve been waiting to hear back about one of my prescriptions for 3 days now even after calling two times. Ridiculous for a healthcare provider to disregard their patients.

Does not Care About his patients, We fax a Form there since November 2020 but Did not fill it up Its March of 2021. Its only in his Desk. No Consideration for Others just a Simple Form cant do it

Awesome dr. Very smart,kind,caring,and compassionate!! How many people can describe their dr this way!! He is always very thorough and on top of things. He doesn’t leave anything unchecked. And he takes his time with you to answer all questions We have been going to him for a long time now and my father went to him for over 25 years!!! He is a great dr... we will definitely stay with him as long as he us in practice. Beautiful and spacious office centrally located too

He spends the necessary time with me in order to assure my concerns are addressed. Very caring individual. I have been his patient for about 5 years and hope he doesn’t retire any time soon because he will be a tough one to replace. He came highly recommended by one of my other dr. who is also a patient of Dr.Hazimah.
