Dr.Wong was very hands on and he actually drew on the piece of paper my mothers ear issue more for a show and tell reason as well and it really helped my mother to understand her issue in depth,for a while now my mother wanted to come to cedars hospital for second opinions in great hope that doctors and machines r better and she wasn't wrong .my mother was very content with D,Wongs hands on appptoch,in this country he was our first experience to hv a doctor who really was in all areas hands on,EXPLAINING AND DRAWING HER ISSUE,USING EXTRA TOOLS FOR CHECK UP,I MYSELF GOING TO CHECK MY INSURANCE TO SEE IF IT WILL COVER TO COME TO SEE D.WONG FOR MY EAR RINGING,and we r gna recommend him to our close family and friends

Dr. Wong assures that I got the care I need. When I told him about what bothers me with my condition, he offered a solution and making sure I understood what side effect the solution could give me. Even though I am interested in the procedure, he does not rush me to make a decision. He is empathetic and respectful as he asked permission before he let his intern or trainee looked into my ear.
