Amazing doctor who is very professional, knew exactly what to do and prescribed us good medication

Top notch doctor and staff. I’ve been bringing my mother and father for over a year and Dr Choi and staff (Joy) are always very top notch professionals! Very attentive to our needs from start to finish. Joy kindly greeted us and attended to my 87 yr old mother with hands on kindness. Then doctor Choi came in and evaluated my mother very thoroughly and patiently, answering all questions with nice bed side manners. I would highly recommend Dr Choi and his office staff Joy! They’re wonderful

One year after a dissatisfactory outpatient visit in July 2021, office billed my father through a third party service for payment of $320, despite United Healthcare confirming today that payment was made on August 2021 for the balance after co-pay. When I called the office to inquire why the insurance company payment was not credited and my 89-year old dad was receiving a bill one year later with a note that he'd be turned over to the collection agency, the English speaking receptionist hung up the phone. Do not visit, do trust this office.

Avoid at all costs! My father came in because of nerve issues with his eyes and loss of balance. He said to wait a few weeks and he'd be fine. Turns out he had a stroke and the ER doctor said those are clear signs and wondered why the doctor didn't inform us.

Definitely not knowledgeable, no bedside manners! Avoid this practice, their doctors are most definitely not the best. Dr Choi is all about prescribing medication and says maybe it will work maybe irbid won't. So if you don't want to waste your time here or money, don't go!
