Thank you Dr. Gulleth
I saw Dr. Gulleth for follow-up on polyp surgery and recently for a tonsillectomy. I appreciate that he always listened to me and genuinely cared about me. After the surgery he waited till I was awake to talk to me about how I was feeling. Today was the follow-up appt and everything was fine. I no longer snore or wake up feeling like I have to catch my breath. Mostly I wanted to say thank you for being a not only a very good doctor but also a very kind and caring one.

Suggests surgery even when its not required.
Stay away from this doctor. He advises surgery even if it's not needed. After he and his colleague told me that its very important for me to get surgery I went for a second opinion. That doctor told me it's not required. That doctor also told me that this group of doctors from SMG very often recommends surgery even when it's not required. I did not go for surgery and it's been years, and I am doing fine. he told me "Look I am observing you for quite some time, when you are talking you are breathing from your mouth, not from your nose. You have adapted to this way of living and hence it feels normal to you, you think you are able to do all your functions properly but you don't know how better you will feel if you get the surgery done." That's very bad of you Dr Yusuf. If you are a surgeon does not you recommend surgery even when it's not needed. Remember you will be answerable in after life, if you believe in one.

Dr. Gulleth is the type of doctor everyone wishes for. He is so so attentive to his patients, he is thorough with his responses, and he never makes you feel rushed. He has taken time out of his day multiple times to answer my questions and i have never once felt rushed, or that he was annoyed with me. Thank you so much doctor. I know you must be such an inspiration for so many other doctors. I sincerely valued our time, your care, and every time you took out of your day to address my concerns.

Overall I had a great experience. My nose and sinuses were plugged with polyps years. Dr Gulleth and his team did the surgery a year ago he still sees me every 6 months. I am very happy, my wife is also happy ...I am not snoring as much. My asthma and allergies are way better. Nurses and Staff at Saint Elizabeth were the nicest I have seen.

Dr. Gulleth is truly an amazing surgeon. I went in for surgery a few months back and he has been nothing short of exceptional. I feel like a new person and can finally breathe again. Anytime I had questions before and after surgery he and his staff were pleasant and took the time to explain things to me without hesitation. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor.

Awful. He was supposed to fix my deviated septum when he performed uvulectomy, tonsillectomy, adenoids removal surgery years ago but recently was told by another physician there was no evidence he fixed deviated septum. Now I have to have another physician perform surgery to fix deviated septum. I am very upset that this was never taken care of like he said it was. I give him no stars.

Want MRSA? come here Office lies outright about fees copays and charges. "No other copays everything is included with surgery costs" - first consolation had copay but they looked into my child's nose and that was billed as in office surgical procedure (+$150). Office said only your copay but that was a lie. Daughter also got mrsa from surgery and they dont care. They have not done one thing to help her. medication is $600 (insurance not paying) and they dont care Also, follow up visits ARE CHARGED for (more financial deception) IF you go to clinic at St Elizabeths you get charged hospital fee and doctor surgical fee(+$300) As followup visits are all endoscopy looking up into sinus. What should have only cost $340 out of pocket is now over $1,000 because they fail to provide proper financial informed consent to patients. And the MRSA infection she got in hospital or in follow up appointments : They say absolutely nothing to help or provide for her (without charging us again)

My mother had a cancer removed from her face a couple of months ago. Her experience with Dr. Gulleth was terrible. Absolutely no bedside manner at all!! No explanation, no interaction with her AT ALL. He cut the lesion out of her face for 45 minutes, with no break, no simple "are you doing ok" with the exception of her flinching and him numbing her back up. NO patient interaction from him at all. His skill was excellent, and he did a great job of stitching her back up. Personality zero.
