Unfortunately, Dr. Batiste staff is completely unprofessional and not helpful what so ever. Due to this reason alone i what strongly recommend seeking out other physicians which are much more receptive.

I recently called to schedule an appointment as a new patient with Dr. Baptiste. I received a rude welcome from the receptionist who answered the phone. I was cut off in the middle of a sentence when asking a question. And She seemed as though she did not want to assist me further. I suggest that Dr. Baptiste hire a new receptionist that is respectful of her incoming new patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Batiste for almost 20years. She is, by far, the most caring physician I have ever had the good fortune to have as my doctor. She is also my daughter's doctor who is very fond of Dr. Batiste. Thank you, Dr. Batiste and staff, especially Tarsha.

I waited more than 30 minutes after my appt had been scheduled for. I am not happy with my visit today and I will not be back .

REFUSED TO CHANGE A REFERRAL "BECAUSE THE DOCTOR IS NOT IN TODAY" WHICH IS AN EXCUSE SINCE THEY CAN BE CHANGED ONLINE. OUR PATIENT HAD TO LEAVE AND COME BACK WHEN THEY COULD HAVE JUST CHANGED IT ONLINE. THEY MADE AN ELDERLY LADY WITH NO TRANSPORTATION LEAVE AND RESCHEDULE. FOR SHAME!!!

Call to schedule physical. Told I would have to 1st come in for an appointment to "establish care", the schedule a physical. This office does not do blood draws, so that's a 3rd appointment for one physical. Who has time for all this?
