Recently I developed plantar fasciitis in my left foot. The pain was so severe that I could not walk. This actually became a serious problem as I was due to have a total knee replacement in my right leg and I needed to use my left leg and foot for complete support. Once I explained my situation to Dr. Facaros, he found time in his schedule to see me and review my situation. He spent time listening to me and we decided that a 6 session laser treatment would be my best option. I had my final treatment 3 days before my surgery and I can honestly say that my foot never felt better! And I owe it all to Dr. Facaros. He listened, made a recommendation and fit me into his schedule.I highly recommend Dr. Facaros!

My husband and I can’t begin to express our gratitude and admiration for Doc Zach! It was through divine intervention that we met this angel doctor at his parishes’ food festival while my husband was recovering from a severe infection from a previous foot surgery that went sideways and ultimately failed. In a sea of people at the food festival, Doc Zach, brand new baby in tow, stopped to speak with my husband about why he had a double picc line and boot on his foot. He spoke with him for some time even though he was with his family and told him to contact him when he recovered from his foot infection. We were nervous because we didn’t know if anyone could fix the mess that had been made. However, we knew there was something so humble and genuine about Doc Zach that we decided to set the appointment. Doc Zach took on what was a non-mobile foot at the time. His knowledge, professionalism and caring showed through from the first appointment. He was confident-not arrogant. He listened. He advised. He made a plan. We felt so comfortable with Doc Zach that we were excited for this foot surgery!Doc Zach was able to successfully re-establish my husband’s foot and he can walk again! His work is clean and concise and his follow through after the procedure has been flawless. Anytime we needed Doc Zach through the healing process he was accessible! We often say, if only we had met Doc Zach before the failed foot surgery…we can’t go back in time and change what happened however we are so blessed to have Doc Zach in our life now. He is a tremendous Doctor and such a great person-a pleasure to be his patients for life!

Dr. Facaros treated my plantar fasciitis using laser treatments and it has been great a great experience. He explained all the options available for treatment and I chose the laser treatments. He is very easy to talk to, explains the problem and procedures very clearly. I highly recommend him to anyone having foot or ankle issues.

This doctor is an excellent commentator and will explain your treatment options. He not only treats common foot problems, but also treats me for mid foot arthritis. Some practices don’t do this, meaning I must go to another doctor as well. The office is conveniently located near many PAT bus stops and there is ample parking in the lot. The staff is friendly and efficient too.

Dr Facaros was the first doctor in the 6 years i searched for medical help that diagnosed my condition directly with just a look at my scans. He is well mannered and friendly, and is easy to trust. He performed my surgery well and I’m so thankful for his dedication to me and my condition. He is so trustworthy and always willing to help with all he can offer.

Dr. Siqueiros is one of the best doctors I've ever had Vero Beach is lucky to have him. I was recommended to him by another podiatrist and I waited for him for about three months. Once he arrived in town I waited another 4 months for him to get his credentials to have my surgery and it was the best decision I ever have did. He's the most kind and compassionate doctor he's there for you 24 hours a day 7 days a week he calls and checks on you and he doesn't mind you calling him. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment within 24 hours, which wasn’t an initial evaluation for procedures to be done at a future appointment. Dr. Facaros went to great lengths to cover different treatment options available, so that I could make the best long term decision. I wasn’t rushed by Dr. Facaros, nor did he try to sell me on unnecessary procedures. At no time did I feel like just another number. The procedure I had done was painless and went without any issues. This is the best doctor I've ever visited! He was so attentive and listened carefully about all my concerns. I had prior surgery before finding him and he had to fix a lot of issues. I had no pain after the surgery he performed and aftercare went smoothly. I really liked that he explained well my options, explained in details what he will do and always spent all the time needed at the appointment to go over all my questions. I highly recommend Dr Facaros. He performed extensive reconstruction surgery on my ankle, which had been troubling me for many years. He is an excellent surgeon, and a caring doctor. He looks you in the eye when you have questions, and answers them thoroughly. He takes the time to explain things to you and is available when you need him to be.

Dr Facaros is an energetic, well informed doctor who is willing to answer all questions and explore all options available to a patient's circumstances. Dr Zacario is a great doctor - very empathetic, very intuitive. I have had an extremely challenging condition (plantar warts) for six years, with multiple unsuccessful treatments. I’ve seen four or five doctors. Dr Zacario was the most proactive, sympathetic and successful. I trust him and appreciate his attention.
