Dr. Zachary Fisk, MD

Dr. Fisk is very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does and is trusted by well-respected physicians. He has a variety of pain management options to offer to relieve a patient's pain without opioids, including severe depression. Most of his staff are pretty friendly, with the exception of the front desk person, Ajane, who is aloof, apathetic and ineffective (errors upon check-in at first visit causing a 45-minute wait, lost emails, phone calls not returned, medical records not being updated, payments not posted). Dr. Fisk seems to care about helping patients, but one has to accept his robotic demeanor and cold bedside manner to work with him.

Dr. Fisk and his staff are very kind and caring. In a stressful pain situation, they know exactly what to do, and thry all help in a compassionate manner. The methods Dr. Fisk uses work without increasing use of opioids. The treatments encompass pain and depression and others. Dr. Fisk listens, reviews symptoms and everything needed to make an accurate analysis. He is very gentle and careful and explains everything that is happening as it is being done. The nurses I had (Jennifer and Oksana) were also very kind and comforting. The front office staff Ajane and Katy are also very kind, and they are helpful in making appointments and answering questions and getting everything set up so that things run smoothly. I am grateful to have been referred to this physician and clinic, and am grateful for the care I have received there.

His cordial approach to the patient's issues speaks volumes toward his medical skills and aptitude.

The staff overall is great. It is unfortunate, however, that even if he is covered by your insurance you have to file your own paperwork. It’s a huge hassle. On top of that receiving your money back from them after the insurance has paid is like taking honey from a bear. Make sure you’re very clear on all the details of your treatment plan and understand it.

Outstanding Physician with a great staff. Husband had shoulder surgery in an outpatient surgery center and couldn't receive a block pre-op because of medications he was on. He was immediately sent to Dr. Fisk following his surgery and had a nerve block and pain pump installed into his shoulder area. I couldn't believe that Dr. Fisk was able to see him immediately. Can't say enough of our caring/concerned he and his staff treated us. would highly reccomend them for any urgent pain issues.

Dr. Fisk offers the latest in pain technology that helped me avoid a prolonged course of oxycodone following hip replacement surgery. Instead, 10 days following surgery he administered a nerve block which reduced daytime pain 100% and nighttime pain 90%. I was offered a "nerve catheter" which I declined, but seeing how effective and targeted this sort of pain control was, I would have taken that opportunity up as well. (It would have been administered immediately following the surgery).
