Dr. Zachary McDowell, MD

My husband had a vasectomy done with this practice (Dr McDowell) and it was the absolute worst experience we could have imagined. Had a complication which kept him out of work and on the couch for 5 weeks. Attempts to communicate via generalized answering service are worthless- no one ever calls back. And I mean, never. Sent twice to the wrong lab for the post vasectomy analysis resulting in $200 worth of fees for nothing. It took ME investigating to learn this and inform them that the lab doesn’t do that test. Sent to a third party clinic and still no one has called to go over lab results. Patients deserve more communication, dignity & respect.

Totally felt comfortable, informed, supportive, and relaxed with Dr. McDowell. Wish I could make him my Primary Care Doctor, yes he is that good!! Thank Doc for everything!!

I went to the surgicenter for a cystoscopy. The staff was very professional getting me prepped for the procedure. Dr. McDowell began right on time. Although a couple of biopsies and cauterization needed to be done it was only minimally uncomfortable...no pain.I watched the procedure on a large video monitor and Dr. McDowell explained everything he was doing. I left the facility feeling fine and only needed some antibiotics for a couple of days. I was back to normal activities later the same day.

CYSTOSCOPY procedure went smoothly. Staff was very professional and everything was explained in detail. I watched the procedure on the monitor in real time. Very satisified with the appointment.
