Excellent hip replacement. Using a walker for 3 days, then walking unassisted. Walking 2 miles daily within 2 weeks. Great surgeon.

Dr. McVicker performed complex surgery on our daughter’s knee, a four -hour procedure. After two weeks there is no pain, very little swelling and she is starting to walk on her own. Great job, great team.

My first visit to Dr. McVicker was very thorough. I was referred to him for hip pain, and Doc manipulated my legs to pinpoint the exact area I was having pain. He is very meticulous, and wants me to get an MRI before issuing a prognosis.

Dr McVicar and his staff are exceptional— from start to finish, insurance, diagnosis, testing, professionalism, bedside manner and knowledge in their field— I wish more were like them! Thank you for finally diagnosing my pain and treating it the correct way. You all are a blessing!

The office staff was friendly, welcoming, and responsive. The Dr. was professional, explained in great detail, and confirmed understanding. He asked questions to understand my concerns and made several recommendations to allow me to make a choice. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Absolutely the best Doctor Dr McVicker he is kind , up front of the problems you have let’s you know the avenue you can take and if needed the direction of the best doctor you can use. As you enter the front desk receptionist they are kind very receptive of your needs, Lisa is office manager she is phenomenal, always remembers us and she is so easy to talk to, Liam Dr McVickers PA is also kind and always great listener. Together it’s like a wonderful family they definitely feel like family, so you need a fantastic doctor, wonderful front desk staff, a great PA this is the place for you!!!!

Thorough. Lots of information about options. Friendly and kind. Listened carefully as I explained my symptoms and concerns. Explained in detail what my x-ray was indicating.

Despite his young looks he is absolutely great !!! He even came to talk to me before my surgery ! My other surgeons didn’t do that !!!

The Paley facility & those individuals that work there are exceptional from the intake people, to Dr. McVicker’s administrative Assistant, Lisa, to Dr. McVicker & his PA Mr. Tison. The patient flow is seamless, & wait time is minimal (5minutes). You will feel like these health care professionals really DO care about you. Dr. McVicker identified my problem almost immediately, after reviewing my MRI, this after me seeing several other surgeons for a continuing problem over several months. I am looking forward to a successful repair in a few weeks. Thank you to my medical team!

I typically don’t recommend people, but I would be remiss and not recommending Dr. McVicker and his entire team. He is one of the most compassionate people I have dealt with as well as his medical team. I had a complex issue that had gone untreated and when I went to him, he was able to immediately assess and come up with solutions to the horrible pain I was in. he also did a total hip replacement for me and it was seamless. I could not recommend him and his team more their exceptional.

Dr. McVicker has an amazing beside manner as a physician. He listens to what the patient has to say and answers any concerns according. The arthroscopic procedure of my left shoulder to remove an osteocondroma was one of the easiest surgery recoveries that I have had at the age of 33. The only concerns that I encountered was that my family member was not updated until the end of surgery. She was not aware of what time I had been moved into the OR or how I was doing. I am unsure if this was due to me being an adult patient or simply missed. I think communication between staff members and patient family members should be maintained no matter the age of the patient. I also had an anesthesiologist that seemed unwilling to listen to my concerns or prior experiences regarding anesthesia. Other than staffing issues Dr. McVicker is amazing and provides amazing quality care to patients.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Dr. McVicker and his team! From the very beginning, he provided a clear and accurate diagnosis of my rotator cuff injury and walked me through all my options with care and professionalism.The surgery itself was flawless, and I only experienced expected surgical pain during the first week, but I’m healing perfectly and already noticing tremendous improvement. Dr. Mcvicker’s skill, expertise, and reassuring demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free.The entire staff was kind, attentive, and efficient from start to finish. Lisa, his office manager, makes you feel like you are the only patient in the practice & Liam, his PA is exceptional and definitely an important part of the team as well!

Could not have gone more smoothly. I had a total acl replacement, am 71 years of age. 6-7 months later returning to golf, pickleball and tennis. He is a wonderful,caring doctor.
