I had a very good experience with dr Milano, caring and professional.

He is amazing! He listens and helps plan out for the future not just attack a symptom. Really tries to get down to the bottom of issues.

Dr. Milano is a nice and personable doctor and listens and the office is very nice but my annual physical was thorough as I would have expected. It was basically blood work and thats it. I didnt have peace of mind I usually have leaving bc of that.

After misdiagnosing me twice and putting me on two different meds, Dr. Zachary Milano told me I'd need an oral steroid if the second med failed. It did. I took a pic of the rash, called the office, asked for the new prescription. Was told I'd get a call back. Never did. Stopped by the office the next day, after a long wait, was told I need yet ANOTHER $200 visit to get the script and no appointments are available for a week, or 'go see a dermatologist'. I have a 3-week trip tomorrow, no meds, no appointment, not even look at the pic, look at my head while here, prescribe what the doctor said I needed and is in my chart. Now I have another month with this rash. The office staff will not get back to you from this office and they treat you like a stranger. And be prepared to pay through the nose. So far I have over $400 into this and that is with Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance. Find a better doctor.

Dr Milano is awesome! He listens, understands and doesn’t rush your appointments. I definitely did not feel like ‘just a number’. He makes great recommendations and takes the time to explain things to you. I would recommend him to any and every body!

Multiple excuses on wrong refills on prescriptions. Not only do I supply a list of my meds I take but he's previously order most of them. How difficult is it to follow something that is in my medical chart and order it correctly. Then you screw up on a special request from the Insurance company and I explain exactly how it needs to be written and you still failed. Then on the 4 attempt you finally got it correct. I understand that a mistake can and does happen. But you can't even follow your own notes. Get over yourself, life does not revolve around you. You continued to put my health at risk by not living up to your word and do what you said (we) needed to do. Trust is a key to making any medical decision and you've lost my trust and respect from you refusing to follow simple duties/responsibilities of a care provider. When I requested a call back, I was told by staff he would not. I will not embrace the excuses anymore from this less then Professional doctor.
