He has been my sons dr for more than 7 years now, he is friendly, caring, and understanding. He takes time to listen to the kids and their parents to ensure his patients are receiving the best care!

Excellent Doctor
Dr. Sullivan has been caring for my child for the last 3 years. We were really sad when he moved to telemedicine, but he continues to provide great care for him. The resident that works with Dr. Sullivan has been absolutely great in working with our family as well.

Good doctor
Dr. Sullivan was extremely kind to me and my family. I appreciated how at the end of the session, he stopped and looked directly at me if I had any questions or concerns that were not addressed. You can tell that the residents and students that work with him enjoy learning from him. Good doctor that really cares.

I really enjoyed getting to know Dr. Sullivan. He took time to listen to my concerns about the care that my child received. Very good doctor. Highly recommend.

Good care
Dr. Sullivan is a very nice and caring doctor, and he always tells me to call if there any concerns at the end of the appointment. I also like how he directly addresses my child. He has residents and medical students working with him, so it can be a little intimidating, but the team works hard to provide good care.

Poor Follow-Up
As a parent of a pediatric patient, I am utterly disgusted with Dr. Sullivan's lack of follow-up care for his patients. Each month, I have to call 3-4 times to request refills, often to be told that (days later) Dr. Sullivan hasn't checked the messages the office staff has left for him. They do not even make excuses, they are at least kind enough to confirm the dates and times that I have called and note that he has not opened the messages that have been sent. As a doctor practicing PSYCHIATRY, he should be ashamed that he is not ensuring that his patients receive the support they need in a timely manner. I cannot imagine the children who suffer without necessary medication due to his poor ethics and timeliness. DO BETTER.
